Maloti Coin Collection

 a Framed 20 Maloti banknote from Lesotho alongside several coins. 

The banknote features portraits of three kings of Lesotho: Morena Moshoeshoe I, King Moshoeshoe II, and the current King Letsie III. 
The reverse side of the note, visible in the image, depicts traditional Basotho huts. 
The text "Maloti a Mashome a Mabeli" on the note means "Twenty Maloti" in the Sesotho language. 
The coins in the frame appear to be a mix of US currency (dimes and pennies) and possibly other coins, serving a decorative purpose around the banknote.
