⏱️ Timed Auction Format

• All bidders must be registered to participate.
• Auctions operate on 60-second intervals. If a bid is placed within the final 60 seconds, the timer resets with an additional 60 seconds.
• Lots close sequentially—each must conclude before the next begins.
• All items are sold AS IS. Descriptions and photographs form part of the item listing.
• Condition reports are available upon request from Robbie at 064 521 8240.
• Important Notice to Buyers

Buyers are advised to carefully review all available photographs and request a detailed condition report from Redline Auctioneers prior to placing a bid. Please note that all sales are final— NO refunds OR returns will be accepted once the auction concludes and the item has been invoiced.

🔐 Reserve, No Reserve & STC (Subject to Confirmation)

• If the reserve is met, the highest bidder wins and is invoiced.
• For STC lots, bidders will be notified of the outcome the day after the auction.

💳 Payment & Invoicing

• Banking details are included on each invoice.
• Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice.
• Use your invoice number as your Reference number
• Non-payment results in blacklisting across all Redline Auctioneers platforms.

🚚 Collection, Delivery & Courier Options

• Location: 1 Parry Road, Springs, Gauteng 1559
• Items must be collected within 7 days of payment unless otherwise arranged.
• Delivery options include Courier Guy, PUDO, Fastway and POSTNET, at the buyer’s expense.
• We offer delivery assistance within Gauteng at the buyer’s expense
• Buyers may arrange their own courier or collect in person.
• All logistics must be coordinated with Yolandie (Admin).
• Redline Auctioneers is not liable for uncollected items or damages post-auction

📦 Wrapping & Boxing Services

• If you require your items to be wrapped or boxed, please ensure this is clearly communicated with Yolandie in advance. A separate quote will be provided, as packaging services are not included in your invoice by default.

You are also welcome to contract your own boxing or packaging company should you prefer to make independent arrangements.

💰 Buyer’s Commission

• A 15% buyer’s commission applies to all lots.
• All items are pre-owned and may show signs of use.
• Buyers are strongly encouraged to request a condition report and conduct independent assessments.
