 A.        Read the full details of Rules of Auction / Terms and Conditions / Special Conditions of Sale / Vehicle

            Condition Reports under Documents Tab on Website and Online Platform.

B.        By registering/bidding bidders acknowledge and accept all Rules of Auction and Procedure of Auction

            and Bidding procedure.

C.        FICA documents compulsory.

D.        COMMMISION – 10% Buyer’s commission + VAT will be added to the Bid Amount.

E.         Admin / Documentation fee of R 2 200-00 + VAT will be added to the Bid Amount on all the vehicles.

F.         Payment must be made within 24 Hours after the Auction.

G.        All items must be removed within 3 days after the Auction.

H.        The sale is subject to a reserve or upset price.

I.          Please note that Lot 1 (Toyota Hilux) is subject to acceptance and approval of the Liquidators. If the

            Bid Amount is not accepted immediately, there will be a 5 working day confirmation period applicable.
