BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ONLINE AUCTION ON THE BIDPRO PLATFORM, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 Timed Auction Format

• All bidders must be registered to participate.
• Auctions operate on groups of 5 with 120-second intervals. If a bid is placed within the final 120 seconds, the timer resets with an additional 120 seconds.
• Lots close in groups of 5 lots sequentially—each must conclude before the next begins.
• All items are sold AS IS. Descriptions and photographs form part of the item listing.
• For STC lots, bidders will be notified of the outcome the day after the auction.

Payment & Invoicing

• Banking details are included on each invoice.
• Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.
• Use your invoice number as your Reference number

Collection, Delivery & Courier Options

• Location: Farm Driehoek, Bainsvlei, Bloemfontein, Free State
• Items must be collected within 7 days of payment unless otherwise arranged.
• Delivery options include Courier Guy, PUDO and POSTNET, at the buyer’s expense.

 Wrapping & Boxing Services

• If you require your items to be wrapped or boxed, please ensure this is clearly communicated  in advance.
• A separate quote will be provided, as packaging services are not included in your invoice by default.

You are also welcome to contract your own boxing or packaging company should you prefer to make independent arrangements.

 Buyer’s Commission

• A 15% buyer’s commission applies to all lots.
• All items are pre-owned and may show signs of use.
• Buyers are strongly encouraged to request a condition report and conduct independent assessments. 
• Important Notice to Buyers: Buyers are advised to carefully review all available photographs and request a detailed condition
