 Online Registrations close 2 hours prior to a weekday Auction and at 1pm on a Friday for weekend Auctions.

Requirements for Registering to Bid:

Please email the following documents to register@firzt.co.za

For individuals / directors / representatives: ID / Passport (Required by FICA)

For companies: CK or Registration Document (Required by FICA)

Proof of Residence not older than 3 months (Required by FICA)

Signed letter of authority, and/or resolution by directors on behalf of a juristic entity (where applicable)

Proof of Payment of Deposit

Signed copy of the Auction Rules, Terms and Legal Conditions document

A Registration Deposit of R10,000 is required and is fully refundable should you choose not to Bid, or if your Bid is not accepted.

Payment is to be done via EFT only, into the Firzt Realty Sales Account. 

For your safety, this account can only be found in the pre-listed public beneficiaries (such as Eskom, CoJ) section on most online banking websites.
