All items are sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS”, in its condition at the time of sale without any warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied. All bidders are bound by the terms and condition of the auction attached, whether they have read it or not.

The auction will be run as a Timed Auction with staggered closing times. The first Lot will close on Sunday 31st August 2025, 14:00. Subsequent lots will close in 45 second intervals. If a bid is placed within the last 45 seconds the closing time will be reset to 45 seconds. It may be possible that the closing time of one lot may extend passed the closing time of a following lot.

Place your Bids before or immediately after fair warning to avoid losing the item.

All goods are sold as is with NO duty to repair.

All goods are sold Subject to Confirmation by the seller to the highest bidder.

VIEWING

Viewing at KINGSMEN AUCTIONEERS, 23B Drum Drive, Rynfield, Benoni – per appointment.

By placing a bid, buyers acknowledge that they have either inspected the item in question, or obtained a satisfactory condition report. The Auctioneer recommends each item be examined thoroughly, including inspection by an independent appraiser or third party consultant, to determine condition and whether or not items have been repaired, restored, or damaged and artifacts are authentic. Most items described in the catalog are previously used and have, therefore, been subjected to extensive use.

COLLECTION

All goods will be released only after the Auction. All goods to be collected within 7 days after payment reflects in Kingsmen Auctioneers account unless alternative arrangements are made. "Build-a-Box" option available, subject to goods being paid within 48 hours.

Pudo service available depending on box size from R100 (includes packaging fee). Courier Services may be arranged upon request from R185 (includes packaging fee) depending on box size and weight.
